ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept VISA and Mastercard. We also accept personal checks (will hold the check for 10 days to make sure it clears).
SALES TAX
Keep in mind that a sales tax is charged for purchases shipped to locations within the state of Missouri. Sales tax is charged on merchandise, and may be charged on shipping and handling based upon individual state laws.
Us2U remits all taxes collected directly to the taxing jurisdiction.
Sales tax rates and laws are constantly changing, and calculation errors may occur. If you believe sales tax on your purchase is in error, please contact us and any necessary corrections will be made immediately.

Us2U reserves the right to offer, at any time, all or part of our merchandise assortment via our website, our catalogs, and in any of our selling locations. We also reserve the right to add or remove items from our website, at any time, at our discretion. Merchandise offered during sale or promotional periods may differ from merchandise offered during non-sale or non-promotional periods. Products, prices, and promotions may vary among our website, our catalogs, and our selling locations.
IF AN ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE
If an item is unavailable you will have the option to select from available products. You can then continue shopping or proceed to check out!
IF AN ITEM IS ON BACKORDER
There is a small chance that you may wish to purchase an item that is on backorder. If this occurs please feel free to contact us and we will tell you the approximate shipping date. If the item will not arrive by the time you need it, you may wish to order a similar item or chat with Sher or Pam about the other lamp options that will fit with your home decor. They are always happy to talk with their customers. Credit cards will not be charged more than 30 days prior to shipping an order.
SHIPPING COST
We ship world wide! Shipping cost will vary due to weight, size, and method of delivery. We have included the shipping cost on most of our products so you will know up front what your shipping cost will be. Shipping cost is based on ground shipping only. If your order needs to be delivered by truck, air, or freight, additional shipping charges may apply. For shipping to countries outside the USA please Contact Us prior to your purchase and we will quote you the estimated shipping fees. All of our prices are in U.S. dollars.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You have 24 hours to cancel an order or until the order has been shipped
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
We really believe you will be happy with your lighting orders but if for some reason you are not pleased Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will assist you with instructions on returning it for a refund. The item will need to be returned within 15 days of your contact with us for a full refund and it must be in its original shipping condition. All paperwork must also be returned. If the returned item is not in above condition it will be returned to you and no refund or exchange will be possible. We are not talking about items you received that were damaged. The cost of the initial shipping and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All returns over $100.00 must be insured. There is no restocking fee. If an Us2U product ever fails to meet your expectations please feel free to contact us and chat about a return of the product for a full and prompt refund of the merchandise product price, or an exchange of the product. Please keep in mind that custom designed items are refundable only when seemorelamps.com is responsible for an order error.
DAMAGE?
When you receive your purchased item please open it immediately and inspect it for any possible shipping damage. Immediately notify the carrier, UPS, FedEx, or other delivery companies of the damages. Damages must be reported within 15 days of receipt. It is the customers responsibility to notify the delivery company of damages incurred with shipping. Keep the shipping materials, they may be needed to show the shipping company. Please notify us of any damages so we can advise you on how to proceed.

We have chosen some of the finest and artful hand crafted lamps and lighting for your purchase and addition to your home decor. Due to some of the personalized options and the high quality craftmanship going into the products offered through our company and our manufacturers, it may take more time to create the specifics of your designs. This may result in a slightly longer delivery time. We will do our best to keep the delivery time as short as possible. We know how exciting it is to place and order and get it in the mail and to your home.
